Pros – Good training budget; Strong sense of mission and pride in quality customers; Experienced staff that do a good job mentoring junior people.

Cons – Weak sales and marketing of company's strengths and assets; Low success rates for winning new work; Resistance to 'eating own dog food' in terms of services and products.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on improving sales and marketing to secure more business; Make a larger commitment to securing business from private sector.
