I worked at ManTech full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

At the beginning everything was great. It seems that others that are with the company longer complaint and you think why are they saying this saying that. 2 and a half years later I saw and experienced it.

    Cons

God help you if you get hurt. I was left behind to walk for 4o minutes in Afghanistan. To justify their actions Donner and Soetaert lied, said I was faking it then I closed the door on my shoulder. I had to fight to get out for medical attention. Consequently after HR got involved I had surgery. I came back requested a transfer, denied. Harassed, discriminated denied transfers, promotions, jobs for the US. That is called retaliation, I had witnessed fraud committed by others. The company do not care. Sue me!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you have a problem solve it, they will not be solved by themselves. Sweeping the events that take place under the carpet is not the solution. Expecting other employees to resolve your problems, well why is their a need for leads then? At the end when the heat is up, those folks will pick up and leave the company. The company is stock with the end results. Yes their is a Department of Labor complaint for Discrimination and retaliation. Why does the company support these Leads and Managers?

I have been working at ManTech full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Great salary and benefits depending on which business group you work under

    Cons

Its a typical SETA government contractor. One has to try and create their own career path. Upward mobility is difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow Jack Walsh's example and identify the rainmakers at the grassroots level and then put them in positions where they can have a greater impact on the bottom line.
