I have been working at ManTech

Pros

Easy to move around the company. Responsive managers.

Cons

Contracting company. You never really see any other ManTech employees. Time off and compensation depends on the Government. You don't get treated the same as a Federal employee. HR at ManTech is terrible. As is the website and anything to do with supporting the employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a better HR team in place. Pay for more training of employees, especially younger ones.

    Pros

    Supports a lot of mission critical systems. Very talented technical staff.

    Cons

    A lot of the culture and entrepreneurial spirit that made ManTech and its acquisitions great over the years has been lost as management has stuggled to optimize multiple entities into a single organization.

    Improve communications from management to employees.

    I have been working at ManTech

    Pros

    ManTech provides great benefits compared to competitors. Salary is average to above average. Team-oriented work environment, and co-workers are friendly.

    Cons

    No work-life balance. Unrealistic project time frames. Poor feedback system in place for employees to review managers. Knowledge sharing needs to be improved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It would be helpful if ManTech would implement a more formal, structured system for 360 degree feedback to help managers improve their leadership skills.
