I have been working at ManTech full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Decent benefits- paid parking and public transit, tuition assistance, 401K, Employee stock

Cons

Complete disinterest in employee appreciation and maintaining morale. Often make you feel like you should be lucky to even have a job while telling you that you should support the company's bottom line.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Connect with your employees at customer sites instead of spending thousands of dollars on "come see our new technology" events and other pointless endeavors.

Employment was based on the award of contract and the length of it which was the only bad part.

Current Employee - Supply Technician in Tacoma, WA

I have been working at ManTech full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I was able to continue to spread my vast knowledge in Supply/Logistics by assisting Army units in exceeding the set Army Logistics Standards. Guiding the supply personnel on the path to great success in establishing and maintaining the proper accountability, filing procedures, and overall management of all equipment assigned to the units.

    Cons

Not being able to train soldiers in supply, due to the contract will end soon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Property Accountability Augmentation Team (PAAT) will always be a great necessity to the Army. If there is a chance that ManTech could possibly bid again for the PAAT...I would love to continue my career with this company.
