Challenging but rewarding

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsMost staff members are hard working, and able to work successfully and efficiently with others. This creates a quality work environment.

ConsManagement & Training Corporation has a quality mission - to help Job Corps students and inmates to improve their lives. Unfortunately management styles are uneven and it is difficult to know what changes might be coming next, or why.

Advice to Senior ManagementFor the most part, keep up the good work. This is a quality organization that cares for its nationwide employees.
