I worked at Mandarin Oriental Boston full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great pay, and the people are nice to work with. Also the luxury environment gives a nice feeling to the work day. Also they feed you for lunch.
Cons – Management is often changing and duties sometimes are interdepartmental. Job description and actual job demand differs.
Advice to Senior Management – Better food in the lunch cafeteria for employees.
