Pros

Manhattan Associates offers new employees a chance to get involved and learn quickly. The salary is competitive for new hires coming from college. The office environment is relaxed, but when on a client site work is tough and challenging. Employees get a chance to interact with many different clients and client levels. Products are strong in their market place as well. Benefits are good too.

Cons

Poor direction from senior management. Opportunities for projects are sheer luck. Complete lack of expectations from management. Manhattan Associates will take on any project and rarely will bend too easily to clients will. Recent layoffs have had adverse affect on company morale.

More involvement in direction of company and better commitment to current clients. Set specific expectations for employees
