1) Work life balance

Salary and talent walk together. You can't have talent without good salary

    Pros

    Working force is good in terms of knowledge and helping others with a few exceptions.

    Cons

    Management act blind, specially senior management. This give opportunistic people at higher level to take unethical advantage and good guys at lower level suffer.

    Pros

    Leader in supply chain technology, great exposure to latest industry trends. Stable company, well-run from a financial perspective. Extremely smart co-workers.

    Cons

    Lack of camraderie, long hours without muck recognition, pay is low compared to other companies in the industry, work atmosphere too tense.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Recognize employees more often, improve compensation packages, make promotion guidelines more clear, encourage work-life balance through company-sponsored activities, and through team-building events.
