Pros

Many people love the company, people and challenges.

Cons

Departmental specific cultures. If you get stuck in the wrong department, prepare your resume because it's tough to get out.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't put short-term department profits ahead of the companies health. If a particular manager can't keep people, there's a problem.

    Challenging, exciting work.
No 1. Warehouse Mangement s/w solution provider.
Get to work with large Tier 1 companies like Macys, Wal Mart, Kroger, Publix, Home Depot, Home Hardware, McKesson, Amerisource, Nike, Rubbermaid, etc.
Company is currently poised for growth and has been on the upward trend. Share prices have jumped by $20 in the last 2 years.
Trying to provide various Supply Chain solutions like Warehouse Mgmt, Transportation Logistics Mgmt, Distributed Order Mgmt, Labor Mgmt, Demand Forecasting and Inventory Optimization, Replenisment under one ubrella using their trademark One Platform

    Cons

Unusally long work hours and high preasure situation.
Company always seems to be firefighting in its implementation
US salary is average and intra-company transfers get a raw deal.
Company has potential but is still evolving.
Collaboration between product teams and integration between products has lot to be desired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve quality.
Come up with Lite suite versions of large complex Products to target moreTier 2 & 3 clients and making implementation cycles faster and easier.
Company would probably do better if it concentrated on stabalizing the existing products rather than rushing to release a new version every year.
Product Development teams of different products need to collaborate better.

    Pros

The pay is decent. This job will get you status on Delta, which is nice for personal travel.

    Cons

The consultants are great, managers are not. There is no opportunities for career growth. Management doens't promote anyone but themselves. 80% of the company leaves within 2 years of starting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the people that actually do the work.
