I have been working at Manhattan Associates full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay scale is fair. Technical knowledge in R&D is good

    Cons

Lot of Indian managers show partiality to people who speak same language and place. They like to be sucked up to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and talk to individual developers instead of just talking to managers who report to you and hide reality from you. As an Indian I can say American's are way better managers than Indians.
