    I worked at Manhattan Associates full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    You get to consult in a variety of industries. You also get to immediately see the results of your work.

    Cons

    Long hours. Pay can be very off balance. Management has a "churn and burn" mentality when it comes to consultants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your lower level consultants better and don't work so hard to burn them out.

    Pros

    immigration process. They take care of immigration process very effectively

    Cons

    bad work env. management is zero. BUnch of people from BG office running the show. Very poor talent pool.
