    Pros

    Challenging projects. Huge scope of proving yourself.

    Cons

    Very bad management. The team you are in matters a lot. No work life balance. The more you undertake the more work you are given. No appreciation, no compensation for overtime. Pretty basic bonus structure.

    Advice to Management

    Please staff more people. Pay attention to the exit interviews and hear out why people are quitting so much. **It may be profitable to remove one senior person than to lose 10 good resources in a team**
