Sr. Management - seek out the opinions of employees on the ground floor on a continuous basis. They often have good insight on the operational realities mid-level Directors may shield from you.

    Pros

    Great ground level personnel, and a truly facinating potential product. Good life work balance and pay is about market.

    Cons

    Arrogant and ignorant Senior Management. The culture is also very "blame centric". In order for you to do well, someone has to do something bad. Very CYA attitudes and much backstabbing. Extreme paranoid silo mentality as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of the Product application team that has failed twice now to gain approval for afrezza. Their arrogance and ignorance of the FDA has cost MNKD millions of dollars, years of market and the loss of literally hundreds of mostly excellent employees.
