I have been working at Manpower full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's in a metropolis where numerous opportunities to work in all fields are at your disposal.

    Cons

There doesn't seem to be a shuffling of talent being used for job placement in the month for all employees.

    Advice to Management

Take assessment of all the active employees who have called in every week who have not worked during the month. Then at the end of the month determine how to match them with positions as a first priority so they can earn a living too. Try to get assignments to employees minimum 1-2 times a month.

    Pros

Good company to work for. Many changes and challenges.

    Cons

Not enough hours in the day to completed daily job duties.

    Advice to Management

Take away the day to day administrative duties of the office staff. Have each recruiter with their own line and all other calls going to voice mail.
