Pros

Good experience. Variety of positions. Met lots of people. Made connections and got a full-time job through the connection.

Cons

Could have had more of a payscale range. Tests taken were a bit outdated as far as the software - could upgrade their staffing facilities.

    Pros

They provide their Staffing Specialist useful information to do their job.

    Cons

They provide TOO MUCH information. Its really too much to attain. Also, a branch office should consist of 3+ specialists to foster that team dymanic they are striving for. Less than that is unfair and unproductive. Training is VERY hands off. Mostly powerpoints and conference calls, then you have to execute. It gets very annoying.

    Advice to Management

A branch should consist of 3+ specialist. Anything less is a waste of resources, talant, and money. Having the duties of receptionist, outside sale representative, and recruiter is too much and the pay doesn't match.
