I have been working at Manpower full-time for more than a year

Pros

ManpowerGroup as a company prides itself on ethics and doing the right thing. There is no pressure from management if you do your job.

There isn’t much incentive wise to encourage staff to staff but you do get 5 weeks annual leave per year.

Cons

The cons at the moment is the global market, you can’t help but notice that the work isn’t coming in, which also means there is no room to develop a long term career at ManpowerGroup.

I worked at Manpower as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

the work environment is quite nice. center of the city, big shopping area surrounded, office are not very crowed

    Cons

hourly pay for interns were quite low, especially because you can get a higher pay rate by working in any retail stores downstairs and you know that you definitely do more here!!!

    I worked at Manpower full-time

    Pros

You can learn a lot, good coaching system, great co-workers

    Cons

Very stressful, they prefer hiring fresh graduates because of the low pay they offer and insecurity that is typical for this position. Contracts for 2 months after a year of working there are almost standard. Most people get fired or quit pretty soon.
