    Pros

    The flexibility is great. Management is very understanding about keeping the work/life balance.

    Cons

    Very hard to get promotions. Not a lot of movement within the back office setting

    I have been working at Manpower as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

    They didn't make any egregious mistakes that other recruiting firms usually make (getting appointment times or salaries wrong), and they were very professional.

    Cons

    There was a mandatory drug test.
