I have been working at Manpower full-time (less than a year)

Pros

After five years looking for work Manpower gave me a job with a firm in Anaheim. I worked there for four month which included overtime. This job was long enough to qualify me for unemployment though I'd much rather have another job.

Cons

Anything I may say against Manpower can be said for any of the other agencies I'm not getting work from. It is a bad economy still and jobs are hard to come by. I'm just lucky I qualify for unemployment and I'm good at making money on the side.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give people who have been out of work after an assignment some free training (computer software for example) so they're better suited for that new assignment that crosses your desk.

I have been working at Manpower full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Solid training and exposure to all elements of the business along with tremendous autonomy are just a few of the things that make ManpowerGroup a great organization to be part of.

    Cons

Patience may be necessary if not used to navigating a very large company, but it is not impossible to learn the ropes quickly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing. Change is never easy but always necessary!
