    Pros

You get to pick when you want to work. I had the ability to turn down night or weekend work, and to accept only the jobs that fit my personal schedule.

    Cons

You won't always know if there will be a paycheck next week. Positions and jobs can be cut at a moments notice- they don't need to warn you of changes.

    No opinion of CEO
