Great company, though it struggles to communicate effectively internally.

I worked at Manpower full-time

Pros

In a growth industry, company seems focused on growing as well, sales culture, entrepreneur feeling at times.

Cons

Tough to change against "status quo" of years past, with as much forward momentum there is just as much pushback.

Advice to Management

Stay the course on what you know will grow the company, regardless of the pushback from internal people.

I have been working at Manpower full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Your ambition and willingness to succeed will take you far in the company. There are a plethora of opportunities to succeed including mentorship, education benefits, training and development.

    Cons

No loyalty for long term employees. Great disparity from corporate culture and field culture.

    Advice to Management

Bridge the gap between those in the field and those in Corporate.

  2. Inefficient, disorganized, poor communication skills, nightmare

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Manpower as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

None really. The office looks good, smells good, nice and cool while filling out mounds of paperwork which obviously is tossed to the side as soon as you leave the "interview".

    Cons

They do very little to nothing to help you find work.

    Advice to Management

Sharpen those communication skills both among your office staff and with your employees. Disorganization, poor communication skills, inefficient office procedures. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing at any given time. This makes for a nightmare for those who seek employment in Laredo Texas. I hope not all offices are like this, broke some federal equal opportunity laws as well.
