I have been working at ManpowerGroup full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Multinational, Best Practices from abroad, 'products' which are strong and go deep into offering professional services, innovation and thought leadership

Cons – Local reputation in the market is from neutral to negative, affecting our business development and efforts to be different in the market. Apart from Manpower, a strong and autonomous brand referring to temporary employment and permanent employment - junior positions, we cannot support any other services referring to more middle and upper level recruitment (Manpower Professional), or outplacement services (Right Management), mainly due to our confusing marketing campaigns, and our MD who is trying to innovate using old techniques

Advice to Senior Management – Make a serious audit from abroad, shadowing our MD in Greece, and then decide whether to keep her or replace her with someone much more strategic and people oriented
