    Pros

    1. Very good company for family people; very flexible. 2. Rockstar commitment to social responsibility, lot of chances for community service which is very important to me. 3. Options for career advancement, moving to other positions to gain experience and professional development.

    Cons

    1. Hypocritical stance on proper treatment of temp hires internally; if the stance is to tell companies to value temp hires then we should also follow that credo. 2. Poor communications locally and globally, 3. Salaries below job average

    Advice to Management

Communicate. Show your appreciation. Work with "subordinates" to set goals and milestones. Celebrate successes. Engage people!
