I worked at Manulife Financial

Pros

Worked in the insurance side. It feels very stable. Very minimal firing event in economic downturn (If i have ever heard of one or two). The company is a prudent (or you can say, conservative) one.

Cons

The culture can be quite monotonic. Do not expect a steep promotion ladder. some would stay quite

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can be a bit more active in promoting its professional brand image.
