    Relaxing pace of work and very friendly co-workers.
    Offers courses and learning programs for workers to take advantage of.
    A diverse range of people/co-workers

    Cons

    Not a lot of challenging work, not very rewarding in terms of learning experience.
    The environment is slow paced and serves to decrease productivity.

    Very supportive of the work life balance.

    Cons

    HR plays a limited role in employee relations. The company has limited growth opportunities in the US division business in Canada and its difficult to move to the Canadian division.
