Pros
- rewarding if you have a great relationship with your wholesaler & clients
- great company and public opinion
- colleagues are very amicable
Cons
- The work is very similar day to day, monotonous
- Treated as less of a person than wholesalers
- Internals are very micromanaged
Advice to Senior Management
Learn more about employees through-out all levels, not just up... and genuinely.
