    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Global company, diverse busineses. High performance standards,

    Cons

Too siloed. Should encourage more collaboration

    Advice to Management

Need more collaboration and innovation. Listen to employees more. Senior mgt doesn't have all the answers.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    - colleagues are intellegent, well educated and committed to excellence on the job - younger generation have innovative ideas to help turn the company around

    Cons

    - too beurocratic - distribution systems are based on traditional channels- need to develop new ways of doing business - too cost focussed - no consistent in flexibile work arrangements - no employee advocates/voice within the company - the leadership team responsible for poor business decisions with long term consequences to our company profitability remain employed.

    Advice to Management

    - watch the movie "Too Big to Fail" - respect the performance contributions of your employees - hire executives with strong leadership skills and reward them for demonstrating this effectively on the job- HR should be aggressively focussing on making that happen if they want to keep and hire the best.
