    Pros

Endless opportunities in the work place, work never gets boring. Great and fearless senior management.

    Cons

Too many learning's means too much work to do, never get a chance to catch up. I haven't had work life balance since the first day I joined the company and neither does a lot of the other staff.

They want quality, but treat employees like peons

    Pros

    The hours, and the co-workers

    Cons

Everyday new rules that only apply to people not favored by management. A health and safety committee that bends the rules and really between them and their health unit coordinator, dont give a crap if you are injured.

    Advice to Management

Remember where you came from and when you can cut a thousand hogs an hour. We will talk. And to Micheal McCain our low wages and our health is important. You said to us what's more important quality or our wages!? Easy to say when your rich, yet really ignorant.
