Former Employee – worked at Maple Leaf Foods full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – no pros other than a weekly paycheck

Cons – Very cold, fast paced environment. Employees treated like second class citizens. And management very top heavy. Supervisors are just as overworked as the production workers and only taking orders from upper management. Lots of finger pointing and blame but never any positive recognition.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your workers and instead of blaming people, make some changes
