I worked at Marathon Oil
Pros – Marathon Oil prides themselves in having a pervasive open door policy. Every manager, whether or not you are in their team, will always be willing to lend you a listening ear.
Cons – Most of the employees at Marathon are conservative. If one is very liberal, one has to be careful in carrying them self.
