Marchex – “Marchex, not so good.”

Pros

The culture at marchex is generally good, a large number of knowledgeable people work there, and it can be a fun place.

Cons

Pay is not so good, very stressful. The management changes on a monthly basis, and usually people with talent move through the company fast, and then move on. The company is really all about short term profit, with no development, and no eye to long term anything.

Advice to Senior Management

Im not sure there is anything they can do now, it seems so far gone at this point..
