- Disapproves of CEO
“Dont care about employees”
Current Employee – been working at Marcus Corporation full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Not too crazy about the hours you are supposed to work
Cons – Everything else. Managers dont care about your development. The don't really understand what the job requirements are.
Advice to Senior Management – upper management needs to replace most of middle management with people that actually knows what they are doing
