Former Employee – worked at Marcus & Millichap as an intern for less than a year

Pros – I learned quite a lot about commercial real estate, worked on comparable models and conducted market research. My boss was a skilled and knowledgeable broker who seemed over-confident at times but got results and I learned much from the experience.

Cons – Could have been better, going into the internship I was looking to learn about the finance behind commercial real estate which I got to eventually after the not so exciting work.

Advice to Senior Management – keep it up
