Pros

There is not much work to do now so it is easy to take time off, and not a big deal.

Cons

When I worked as an intern there was nothing to do but busy work (database managing). I don' think copying files and sending out letters was helpful at all to myself. The letters were dumb marketing and probably didn't return anything. Of course all they had invested was the free labor and some paper. What do they care. Don't take an internship here, it is nothing but a bs resume builder and wont help you learn anything to better yourself or your career.

Advice to Senior Management

Get interns involved.
