They have a great sales training program. They also have a mentoring program that can be good if you get a good senior agent to work with.

Cons

The company culture is highly competitive, which is not bad but you feel comfortable working in a win/lose environment. They do not provide any benefits for non-staff members.

Advice to Senior Management

Management is doing an excellent job leading the company and providing support. The company could be structured to be more collaborative and pool efforts of agents by having a shared database so each new agent doesn't have to start from scratch.
