    Pros

-the ability to make a great deal of money in a very short period of time directly out of college

    Cons

    - I was an intern and did not receieve any sort of training beyond the grunt work that I was doing for a senior broker
    - He hadn't closed his first deal until one year in and was heavily in debt

    Advice to Management

    - Make it at least somewhat clear what you expect from your employees and go about your management style with this in mind.
-again i was a lowly intern and so I know nothing about what it really means to work there

    Pros

Potential for earning is high if the market is good and you are arranged with a Senior Broker to start

    Cons

The competition within each office is high as is the pressure to make numerous calls each week to earn business.

    Advice to Management

Take a more proactive stance to hiring instead of simply hiring anyone who wants to work for free for two years.
