    Pros

Upper Management was always friendly and fairly easy to reach. Benefits were ok, bosses were always flexible with time off requests and having back ups for most positions.

    Cons

    - Low pay and long hours
    - Had to work weekends once a month
    - Training was subpar
    - Organizational communication wasn't the best

    Advice to Management

Establish an organized chain of command. Train your trainers! Too many people around here complain about having subpar training when they first start.
