I have been working at Marin Software full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Downtown SF Location - Financial District.

    Cons

Test organization is ruled by developers, in short testers are slaves here.
There is separate events for all of engineering qa.
All the processes in qa are dictated by Developers, there is no independent thinking.
qa are treated as second rate citizen here.
Less chance for professional skill development.
They hire a lot of second rate or non-cs stanford and berkeley candidates.
Hires incompetent managers who eventually becomes burden on individual contributors.
    Politics plays big role.

Choose another company if you can.
