Pros

I enjoyed the people that I worked with at MCCS. The majority of the staff is very friendly and everyone is easy to talk to, no matter what department you visit. There are good benefits, govt holidays, and its easy to earn leave time quickly.

Cons

No raises no matter how well you perfom. The top two at this base are out of touch with the employees and nothing you do will make them happy.

    Pros

Great working around the people that serve our country day in and out in the armed services and most of them are truly outstanding people.

    Cons

I worked in retail services and the feeling is that the fastest way to move upward is to not have strong opinions and to know people. Buildings are outdated and there is no interest in improving things until they are broken or in a state of disrepair. If you are hired as a flex employee expect to stay that way until someone above you moves on, benefits are not something they like to pass out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take better care of the employees and the buildings/equipement on base.
