Good co-workers and direct manager.

Low commission payout and too much admin work for a true sales job.

    I worked at Mark's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Very flexible with availability (scheduling is very accomadating)
    - Generous discount which applies as soon as you get hired
    - Benefits even for part-time workers
    - Friendly customers
    - Good management
    - Easy

    Cons

    As I've mentioned this is a great company to work for part-time.

    - Not much potential for growth
    - Rare to hire actual "full-time" employee even though working almost full-time hours
    - Low pay
