Pros

Good co-workers and direct manager.

Cons

Low commission payout and too much admin work for a true sales job.

Advice to Management

Improve the current pay structure and software /technology.

    I worked at Mark's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible hours, good co-workers and sympathetic customers.

    Cons

    Really bad training, little supervision or helpful support for new employees, schedule never up earlier than the week before. No limit to how many items a customer can take with them into the changing room so you are left with up to 3 piles of clothes from 3 separate customers, over 3 dozen articles to re-hang, re-fold and put away BY YOURSELF in very limited time before the next customer leaves another huge disorderly pile!

    Pros

    Great flexibility in operating hours for some positions. Office location is easily accessible by car or transit. Discount on merchandise can make it hard to shop elsewhere!

    Cons

    The company was struggling through significant system changes which increased the average stress level of day to day operations. Compensation seemed to be lower than average though some roles are eligible for significant bonuses based on sales.
