“Great for part-time (students) Bad for full time and advancement”
Current Employee – been working at MarketSource part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – -Very Flexible -- 20-25 hours a wk. -- not constantly micro managed -- work with diferent ppl.
Cons – Management structure, training, pay structure (confusing) new management not fully trained.
Advice to Senior Management – More communication with your team along with proper in person trainings. Recognize interal talent for promotions. Equip your team with all the tool to perform at 100% on the field.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
