    Pros

    Good benefits. Reasonably competitive pay. Excellent training. Management aggressive in finding growing markets. Separate business divisions aggressive in retail & enterprise sectors.

    Cons

    Positions are project/contract based. Employment & benefits end when the project/contract ends. HR not proactive in filling new openings. Resign current position and seek another position to increase pay.

    Advice to Management

    Look for talent within current staff and invite to interview for a higher position rather than waiting for person to request promotion and new position after project end and layoff.

    Pros

    The Job is worth obtaining a couple concession cell phone lines at dealer rates.

    Cons

    Associate hourly pay is a joke, no flexibility if you have to find someone to cover your shift. ( might I add if you work at another store for another associate, you are not in their POS system, therefore you cannot ring up the phone in the other store. Commissions are still in question. Most stores are only allocated X amount of hours to use between the Manager and Associate. SO, again, there is not much leeway in flexibility or hours.

    Advice to Management

    Do away with the managers slot, an create a better base pay for you average associate's.
