Pros – 1) Friendly environment
2) Opportunity to learn. The learning framework in place really helps if you have the conviction to learn and update yourself

Cons – 1) If your initial pay scale is less, you can never come to par with the industry pay scale
2) Project estimations / constraints may entail you to work overtime

Advice to Senior Management – The growth rate seen is good. But just hope that the employees are payed on par with their industry counter parts. Need to make better and convincing efforts to retain good resources
