Marriott Foundation

Employer Representative (Current Employee)
San Francisco, CA

I have been working at Marriott Foundation full-time for more than 5 years

ProsSchedule flexibility; Excellent Training; Excellent Benefits and Hotel Perks; Supportive Management. Also, helping transitional aged youth with disabilities makes you feel good every single day you come to work. You know that you make a difference in not only the lives of the students you serve, but the communities in which they live and the businesses where they work.

ConsLimited career mobility in this department. However, there are many opportunities that you could easily access if you work in the hotels.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
