“Great Place to work”
Former Employee – worked at Marriott full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Very associate oriented. Associates love the brand and are very loyal.
Cons – So many VPs and Directors have been there for over 20 years they don't have fresh ideas, especially in technology. Definitely an old boy/girl network.
