job advancement if you are willing to relocate, better than average benefits. the company has many opportunities for those employees who are interested in relocating to find better opportunities elsewhere in areas that suit their interest. you do not necessarily have to have a college degree to advance in the corporation if you are a go getter and you apply yourself. the health benefit package is exceptional, however, lower paid employees (some) still dont feel that they can afford to seek medical attention sometimes, because of the co-pays. the paid time off allocation is reasonable, and they pay for cleaning your uniforms.
Cons
low salary, lack of competence of senior management, poor communication skills of senior management. the salaries here are extremely low. so low that i didnt feel that i was compensated for other related job experience. hiring managers are not very flexible in negotiations. it seems to me that if the employees here were paid better, they would be more willing to be accountable for their performance. some of the senior managers are so impolite and arrogant that they wont even greet you when they cross your path. when the senior managers do talk to you, they are often rude and abrasive, and often correct employes in front of other employees, which isvery unprofessional.
Advice to Senior Management
learn to communicate, adjust salary scale, and take diversity training
