Current Employee – been working at Marriott full-time for more than a year

Pros – Nice atmosphere to work in

Cons – People are helpful all the time, in some cases we see workers are doing extra shift which is not acceptable.

Advice to Senior Management – I think its great management but some threats of company takes it to downward.
must increase salary to keep happy workers in your company.
