Great Company as a whole, be careful of the individual property you choose to work for.

Pros- Lots of training and devlopement
- Always chances to move up within the company
- Fair wages (Location sensitive)
- Employee engagment and incentive programs (Location Sensitive)

Cons- Depending on the size of the property the General Manager can seem unreachable and out of touch with the lower level staff. (i.e non manager and executive staff)
- Can be really political in managment environment (location Sensitive)
