Marriott Senior Assistant Controller:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Marriott offerers its employees a lot of flexibility and is consistently ranked Fortune's top 100 companies to work for. Benefits are great too

Cons

The ability to grow with the company is great, however one often is forced to relocate to get a promotion.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should look at involving people in more project level work so that they can get a greater depth of skills.
