I have been working at Marriott part-time for more than a year

Pros

The marriott believes that if you take care of your employees, your employees will take care of the customers

Cons

Parking is $3 every day. So I spend $60 on parking every month. But that has more to do with location of the hotel.

    I worked at Marriott full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    I had excellent coworkers and great equipment. The job kept me busy and I learned a great deal to professionally grow my career.

    Cons

    Very difficult to get training of find opportunities to advance at my particular location.

    The senior management at the time of my employment did not respect and value the line associates in my opinion.
