Freedom in innovation. Very flexible in office working time.

Cons

No standard procedures for SDLC.

    The marriott believes that if you take care of your employees, your employees will take care of the customers

    Cons

    Parking is $3 every day. So I spend $60 on parking every month. But that has more to do with location of the hotel.
